DELIVERY

1- We work exclusively with DHL Cargo and are unable to use other transportation companies. Please avoid requesting alternative carriers.

2- We will dispatch your product within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

3- All shipments incur a fixed delivery charge of £19.

4- Delivery will take a maximum of 4 business days.

5- Delivery is not available on weekends. Orders placed after Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

6- For privacy, all shipments are labeled as cosmetics, so contents are not visible.

7- Your shipment includes a barcode number for tracking purposes. We provide a PDF with a tracking number so you can monitor your package using the following link:
